Daily physical exercise is essential for students because exercise not only helps students to stay healthy, but it also helps to improve their emotional fitness. Sports should be a major part of the school curriculum because if students stay emotionally and physically healthy, they can easily focus on their studies.
Our College encourages active participation in sports, promoting physical health and combating issues like obesity and sedentary habits. Involvement in team sports teaches students teamwork, cooperation, and unity, skills transferrable to academics and future careers.
The Traditional sports competition was inaugurated by DR.D.SWAMINATH , Principal of Jyothirmayi Degree College. While addressing the children, he said that sports not only nourish the body but also keep the mind healthy.At the end of Sports Meet , winners were awarded with trophies and medals.
