Dr.D.Swaminath is a dedicated educationist. He started his career with lecturer and forayed into education in 2006. He has over 15 years above of valuable experience in the field of education. While he has been a passionate and caring teacher, as an administrator he has been firmly result-oriented with a steady vision. He received his education at premier institutions like Nehru Memorial Municipal High School, Adoni Arts & Science College. He did his Master's in Economic's and PhD from Sri Krishna Devaraya University. His special interests are the study of Economics and Literature.He is a strong believer of "teaching the child and not the subject" which involves experiential learning strategies that foster critical thinking. Mr. Dr. D.Swaminath is a keen learner and upgrades his knowledge on latest practices in education. With his rich experience, multi-faceted personality and qualities he is sure to lead the College with vision and dedication.

Welcome to the Dr.Jyothirmayi Degree College, Adoni - a seat of higher learning, being the first college of excellence in the Town of Adoni, offers rewarding activities through multifarious academic curriculum in Commerce, Science and Management.The college provides ample opportunities and platform to the students to bring their all round personality development, carving creative potential and preparing them to become good citizen of this state and country.The staffs (teaching and non-teaching) have pledged to work whole heartedly for achieving the said mission, vision and objectives of the college.
